Project Snapshot: LIME specializes in exterior restoration of historic homes. This beautiful home within the iconic Denver Country Club needed more than just paint to restore it to its original condition. LIME restored the glazed windows that surrounds its exterior as well as replaced boards that didn't have integrity that ranged form window seals to trim boards and siding. LIME also used high performance coatings for the brick and cedar as well as extreme bonding primers to lock in weathered product that was failed on the several substrates that make up the property. LIME was also sourced for specialized skills to sand, stain, and restore the historic wooden entry door. Finally, metal surfaces that surrounded the expansive property were restored with industrial grade direct to metal applications. All services were provided seamlessly in accordance to lead certification by the EPA.
