LIME Painting of Boulder is grateful for our partnership with Colorado's Department of Wildlife. On this 50,000 sqft commerical property, the paint was peeling, the water seals were failed, and the concrete walls had literal holes of missing concrete. LIME was up to the task to restore this property. After our typical prep of powerwashing and scraping loose product, we used Sherwin-Williams' Loxon Concrete and Masonry Primer to provide the best possible profile for our paint to adhere to. After establishing a maximum water seal with Guirys Liferime Elastomeric Caulk, we applied a high performance top coat that specs to adhere to concrete substrates for 10-12 years. Finally, we patched some of the concrete holes and will use our mason to fill the larger holes. We hope to earn more opportunities in the future with Colorado's Department of Wildlife Buildings, and feel blessed to have had the privilege to work on this building.
On this project, we decided to just show pictures of our carpentry work (before and during), on this project. There was quite a bit of work done here...

LIME Painting places quality and customer service at the forefront of every project. In order to provide an exceptional customer experience that is easy, enjoyable, and refreshing we have to be able to handle any situation. As mentioned before, we do a lot at Lime, but the extent of that is not common knowledge.
