This gorgeous home sits on 1.2 acres of land in Spanish Hills, a neighborhood located just Southeast of Baseline Reservoir in Boulder, Colorado.

Upon arrival, we identified peeling paint on the trim, fading stain on the fish-scale shingle siding, porous garage doors, and cracking stucco.

#LIMEPaintingofBoulder was up to the challenge, and reestablished integrity in this custom property.

We used premium oil based stains to highlight the natural look of the siding and garage doors.

The homeowners wanted the garage doors to look natural, and not too smooth. So, we powersanded the custom garage doors using 40 grits, rather than smoothing it out with 220 grits to ensure a natural look. And boy do they look great!!

We restored the stucco by sealing the cracks and established a maximum water seal.

We matched the current color of the trim with a thick, water resistant paint in a satin finish. This provides a nice sheen and a professional finish.

LIME Painting of Boulder was humbled to be a part of this process. The seven artists we used in this project took pride in ensuring the client was fully satisfied. For example, we fully stained and sanded the garage doors down twice until we achieved the perfect color and met 100% of the client's satisfaction.

We thank this client for choosing LIME and we hope they consider us in the future for interior painting, drywall, lacquer finishes, and more.
